Shipping & Returns

Download lessons are available for download on confirmed payment, this is usally available imediately if paying using a valid credit card.

CD version of our lessons are posted within 2 working days from confirmed payment. Please ensure a valid delivery address is provided in checkout, incorrect or incomplete addresses may require a redelivery fee.

We use Australia Post to send our products. You may required to collect your delivery from your local post office if you are not at home on the first delivery attempt. We use registered post to confirm delivery of your product.

Return or Cancellation of order

1. If you wish to cancel your order:

1. you can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you;or
   
2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with below.

2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, we will not accept COD returns.
3. Upon receipt of the goods in original condition with all packaging, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 2 will not apply in the following circumstances: -

1. Download lessons or products.
2. in the event that the product has been used.
3. to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you

The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.

Prior to return please contact us to arrange a return authority number and include the provided paper work with the product. Failure to do this may result in refund being rejected.
